Estate Planning

We have families and understand how important it is to have a clear and [ ] estate plan…. We work with clients to create estate plans specifically tailored to meet their individual needs, which can include a will, trusts, and powers of attorney for health care and property.

When a loved one passes away, it is often difficult to manage the emotions and the required next steps. The process generally includes determining the decedent’s assets and debts and distributions to any beneficiaries. We will collaborate with the decedent’s accountant, advisors, insurer and real estate broker to resolve all estate matters.
